Job Description

Reporting into the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for executing a digital marketing plan for the company to drive engagement, enquiries, and sales.

This will involve managing ongoing online activity both on and offsite, standalone digital campaigns as well as providing integrated digital support to offline activity.

You will be expected to analyse and report on trends, habits and behaviour of site visitors and customers in order to identify opportunities for improvement in conversion.

Working closely with this organisations agencies, you will have ownership of the SEO and PPC optimisation process, ensuring that key word strategies and ads are delivering budgeted plan sales and enquiries.

You will also provide analysis and MI of customer base and performance from campaign activity across all online channels.

You will be involved in presenting to senior members of the company as well as potential and existing stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Passionate about customers, results and online excellence - with a good knowledge of emerging trends and technology
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  • Hungry for an opportunity to own and influence digital activity for FTSE 250 company
  • Confidence and demonstrable experience of using Google Analytics and interpreting the results
  • A proven record of translating product propositions into effective marketing materials / advertising messages
  • A proven track record of understanding and refining campaign activity and sales processes and evaluation of digital strategies.
  • Proven communication and influencing ability, with particular regard to internal briefing and developing enthusiasm and interest amongst internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally graduate level or professional marketing qualifications
  • Excellent PC and online skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics and the use of Content Management Systems - ideally with some HTML coding capability
