About Our Client

This Leicester based digital agency are a data driven marketing specialise, growing rapidly, they are now looking for new talent to be the glue between the client communication and the technical projects happening in house.

Job Description

  • The post holder will act as the client liaison for allocated projects, this will mostly include specific PPC contracts (as determined by the head of Paid search), but may include projects which contain other elements, such as Analytics, SEO and web development (where you will liaise with project managers in other teams).
  • This will involve attending the client handover meeting or scheduling kick-off meetings/calls and overseeing the project plans produced by the technical staff/teams
  • Any project set-up check lists will be reviewed and collated by the client services
  • The customers will be encouraged to communicate via the client services first, who will then liaise with the technical team
  • The client services manager in conjunction with other members of the client service team will make at least 1 scheduled call a month to smaller clients and weekly for key accounts.
  • The client services will also read all monthly reports before they leave the building and attend any review meetings
  • The client services will document discussion points for all meetings and calls in the form on meeting notes. These notes will be shared with the client and used as a guideline of tasks to be completed.
  • Post holder should be able to identify client concerns and build an approach to rectify these concerns. Client expectations should be managed effectively by the post holder. These concerns should at all times be followed up to ensure they have been resolved
  • The post-holder should have high knowledge of all aspects of the work carried out by, specifically PPC and Paid Search Advertising. The post holder should be AdWords accredited.
  • The post holder should know other aspects of work carried out to a high level to manage projects across multiple departments where required.

  • So far as is reasonably practicable, the post holder must ensure that safe working practices are adopted by themselves and other employees in the their work areas to maintain a safe working environment for employees and clients. These are defined in the staff handbook.
