Job Description

Drive new and innovative digital communications and engagement activities, with a test/ learn mentality aiming to be "first in industry" to drive deeper connections with consumers.

A key focus on social media communications is also part of this role. Co-create, develop and implement the global social media communications strategy with the social platforms teams, aiming to transform the digital fan base to become an unpaid sales army in association with marketing programme/ communication priorities. Develop/implement reach, engagement and advocacy initiatives for digital communications and focused on social media. Deliver regular analysis and reports/ recommendations based on consumer insights and learning's in social. Support social platform management team with weekly Social KPI tracking.

Become the digital lead in bringing social insight across teams on KPI performance month on month to continually inform and optimise the social communication strategy.

The Successful Applicant

Key creteria -

- Social and Omni channel campaign experience.

- Global or EMEA working knowledge.

- Experience working in a complex matrix environment (with a fluid way of working).

- Strictly B2C background, open to sector.
