About Our Client

The business provide highly technical and specialist training and seminars to blue chip asset managers, banks and financial services businesses across the world. They are looking for a digital marketing co-ordinator to join their marketing business in central London.

Job Description

Duties of the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator would include but not be restricted to:

* Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media marketing campaigns

* Contribute to the creation of a digital marketing strategy

* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

* Report weekly, monthly & quarterly to the director of sales, marketing and operations

* Formation and creation of a robust SEO strategy based on analytical data

o Managing a budget of 30K for SEO

o Briefing and liaising with an SEO agency

o Understanding different optimisation tactics and their implementation

o Managing on and off site SEO strategy, content strategy, social media presence, company blog

o Being able to extract and analyse data to fine-tune future SEO strategy

* Comparing and specifying email platform providers

o Working on increasing email deliverability rate

o Enhancing email design

o Monitoring and translating data collected by the email platform

* Managing the company website

o Updating the business website

o Ensuring that the SEO signals are set up correctly

o Monitoring website performance

o Enhancing user experience on the website

* Researching and specifying a CRM supplier

* Responsibility for the launch of a new CRM system

o Managing a budget of £65 for the CRM launch

o CRM requirements mapping and implementation

o Managing the internal transition to a CRM system

o Personalise and fine tune CRM functionality and CRM reporting

* Creating a prospect sales database - using Excel - from scratch;

o Researching websites, Social Media, articles and publications and adding appropriate contacts to databases

o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on databases

o The on-going visiting of client websites to obtain new contacts to add to databases

o Telephoning companies / contacts to verify contact data on databases

* Marketing the business' training courses, conferences and webinars

o Initiating marketing e-shots to contacts on databases

o verifying all bounces from e-shots and updating contact details on our databases

o processing bookings for courses, conferences and webinars from e-shots

* Designing marketing collaterals (with InDesign and Photoshop)

* Liaising with third party email list providers

* Building and maintaining our social media presence

* Suggest and plan innovative growth strategies

* Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement

* Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising)

* Plus any other duties to assist the department

The Successful Applicant

Skills required:

* Excellent use of all Microsoft Office applications

* Familiarity with email marketing platforms

* Proven knowledge of white hat SEO techniques

* Understanding of CRM systems

* Awareness of CMS and Ecommerce platforms

* Experience with design platforms such as Photoshop and InDesign (not essential but advantageous)

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Excellent listening skills
