Constantly growing and developing, the business is thriving and is looking for a marketer who has demonstrable experience in a customer focused role to join them on a permanent basis. This is a key role to support continued growth and develop the marketing strategy for the future.

Job Description

Communicating with brokers, taking briefs, writing website scopes and designing site maps

Managing uploading content/ copy and images on broker websites

Ability to project manage and take ownership of new bespoke websites with support from design, copy and development teams.

Experience using content management systems, with WordPress in particular being advantageous.

Ability to manage own workload, juggling numerous jobs at once within deadlines

Working with the marketing consultancy team to execute campaigns across PPC, and social media

Analysis; use a variety of analytics tools to measure performance of campaigns

Providing accurate reports and analysis to Brokers and to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);

Project manage the production schedule for Bespoke and Fast Track websites

Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns on behalf of the broker

keeping up to date with current digital trends

using web analytics software to monitor performance of Broker websites and make recommendations for improvement;

Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums

Review and report on effectiveness of campaign work undertaken

Ensure the marketing projects robust audit trail is followed for all work including compliance sign off processes

The Successful Applicant

Experience writing web briefs with clients, providing suggestions and advice on best practice where required, expressing this in documentation and guiding other sections of the team throughout delivery of the project.

Understanding of modern web practices, trends, and user experience

High level of written English

In depth understanding of Analytics and other relevant tracking tools

Strong team player but also able to work independently on projects
