Our client has been operating for over 60 years and has grown to become one of the world leaders for travel and tourism. Based in London, they have created a new team to help grow their digital presence and appeal to the wider market.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation of trade and consumer promotions, incentives, campaigns, advertising, events, brochure launches, promotion code set up and online activity
  • Analysis of campaign results, booking reports, consumer feedback, data and market research including competitor analysis
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all activities, in line with global guidelines
  • Content management and editing of agent and consumer websites
  • Production of e-newsletters and online communications, including day to day management of the Twitter account and send outs of last minute deals
  • Copy writing, image selection and working with our in-house Designer to produce online and offline assets & collateral within brand guidelines
  • Creation of brochure launch collateral across both direct & trade channels, liaising with the sales team to ensure they have collateral & merchandise needed
  • Execution of all events, fairs and exhibition activity
  • Management of brochure distribution & ordering

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Be able to switch seamlessly between the creative and the analytical
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar digital role
  • Experienced in nurturing relationships with partners and consumers alike
  • Have the ability to influence, coupled with exceptional communication skills
  • An eye for detail & design, a strong copywriter, a little bit of social clout and a team player
  • Drive, passion and enthusiasm that will thrive in this growing, fast paced environment; never shies from a challenge
  • Knowledge of CMS (Content Management System) platforms & content marketing tools
  • If you've got experience of the youth or travel markets it would be a plus, but not essential as long as you have the desire to learn. German language skills would also be an advantage
