Job Description

  • Develop strategies, manage execution and create content for marketing & acquisitions of insurance through a range of online channels. Analyse campaigns data across all channels and recommend adjustments
  • Proactively work with and performance manage creative and digital agencies including SEO/PPC
  • Ensure the brand ethos and philosophy remain central to the themes of all external communication, ensuring that content and messages are developed with the personality and tone of voice
  • Effectively manage digital media platforms across the business including the website and social media
  • Run digital channels including social media, SEO, PPC and dynamic retargeting to drive online revenue
  • Reviewing campaign analytics to help inform future strategy and maximise efficiency
  • Assist in the generation of strategies, with a focus on ecommerce, to drive online traffic to the website
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website, and others within the Group
  • Develop and manage B2C marketing campaigns, and assist in the management of brand and product campaigns
  • Ensure best practice is implemented across all online channels ensuring the Group is compliant with any applicable regulations
  • Review, own and maintain content on the website
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Help develop and implement the social media strategy for the Group
  • Work closely with the Group IT department and act as a Marketing workstream/representative on any relevant projects
  • Work closely with suppliers and agencies to deliver the business' marketing strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a similar Digital Marketing role or position
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Experience in email marketing, SEO monitoring, design and managing website landing pages and managing PPC Campaigns
