Out client is a very well known Retail business based in Northampton, that have a presence both online and on the high street.

Job Description

The Digital Marketing manager role involves:

- Driving and growing online sales and web traffic to build ROI and positive online marketing performance

- Enhancing, maintaining and executing all brand and ecommerce online marketing strategies

- Formulating and executing new customer acquisition strategies in-store and online

- Creating dynamic content and targeted marketing initiatives for increased conversion and ROI effectiveness

- Working with internal stakeholders across the business to coordinate and optimise PPC campaigns across all search networks

- Coordinating affiliate networks, online market places and partnerships

- Make amendments to web content where necessary

- Working in collaboration with brand marketing teams to advise and contribute to social channel promotions

- Measure and improve performance through online analytics and marketing tools

- Manage and maintain email marketing programmes inline with the online marketing strategy

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Digital Marketing Manager role, you must have;

- Qualifications in e-business, marketing, information systems, or similar are essential.

- A minimum of 2 years SEM experience (Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo) with a proven history of managing profitable performance-driven campaigns, preferably working with £500k+ p/a budgets

- Experience in buying, optimising, and managing media buys on other major channels such as Facebook or Google Display Network.

- Extensive knowledge of web analytics, metrics and tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, IBM Data Analytics or others.

- Exceptional Excel Skills, proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.

- Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

- HTML knowledge preferred.

- Experience in creating and implementing industry leading ecommerce marketing strategies focused on sales generation.

- Experience in web content optimization and user experience best practices.

- Extremely detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
