Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager role involves:

- Supporting the General Marketing Manager and acting as a Digital Marketing go to.

- Developing, implementing and monitoring digital strategy to optimise traffic and maximise conversion rates in line with the overall business plan.

- Leading the development and implementation of online marketing communication plans, including - PPC, Social Media, email and a strong promotional programme.

- Acting as the go to for development of the web experience including development initiatives and content management in order to optimise SEO, drive customer satisfaction and user frequency.

- Providing weekly and monthly management information to ensure analysis of external factors and internal trends are taken into account to improve visits, bookings, conversion rates and revenue. -

Managing external agencies and providing advisory services to the sales team and business owners ensuring everyone is engaged

- Acting as a champion for companies and marketing goals ensuring the delivery of best practice.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Digital Marketing Manager role, you must have:

- A relevant Marketing degree

- A minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience, and a genuine passion to champion the best customer experience

- Be able to prove a successful track record of combining both technical aspects of digital marketing management and creative and commercial elements

- Have demonstrable experience in being able to inspire, influence and engage people on all levels

- Have experience in developing and managing excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Have the ability to get results in fast paced and pressuring environments

- Be self-motivated and commercially minded - being able to act tactically and also think strategically

- Have a detailed understanding of search marketing and the latest SEO techniques
