About Our Client


This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing specialist to join the team and deliver engaging and innovative digital marketing that is customer focused in a fast paced business. The candidate will be someone that enjoys a challenge, has a proven track record of managing profitable campaigns, is a great team player, and is always willing to get stuck in.

The role will focus on re-building digital marketing proposition, working across search (SEO and PPC), email, display and affiliates. There will be the opportunity to set strategy, define the direction for the business as it grows over the next 12 months and have a high level autonomy to work across multiple projects. There will be assistance and direction provided by the senior leadership team and director as well as the opportunity to work closely with all functions of the business including B&M, trading and UX.

Job Description


Manage digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels (search, affiliates and email, display)

Manage marketing calendar and ensuring it's aligned with trading and customer focus

Manage agency relationships and be the day-to-day contact for digital marketing agencies and affiliate network

Develop marketing activity aligned to the target customer market

Analyse market research results (quantitative and qualitative) to help develop marketing activity and site developments based on customer feedback

Manage marketing budget to target and to deliver against objectives and targets

Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing reviews for senior management

The Successful Applicant


3-5 years' experience in digital marketing for a retail brand, either multi-channel or pureplay

Highly driven and able to work at a strategic level and also hands-on and comfortable in the detail of campaigns

Excellent team player

Experience managing a marketing budget to target is essential

Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred
