Job Description

The role will lead the analysis of traffic flows/paths and conversion funnels across all desktop, mobile web and mobile apps, to optimise conversion, customer experience and cross/upsell opportunities to drive commercial value delivered through a programme of continuous multi-variant testing and behavioural targeting. Working in collaboration with the Digital Business Partners you will optimise the performance of new capability delivered through the digital strategy and will engage with key stakeholders in NMO, Customer Services and Marketing to influence traffic driving initiatives, propositions and CRM to deliver results

The Successful Applicant

A relevant degree qualification, with 5+ years' experience operating within Digital functions for high traffic retail websites

* Experience of managing digital sales and/or service channels to defined performance measures

* Evidence of delivery of commercial value and KPI's

* Experience managing onsite optimisation activity, including multi-variant testing, behavioural and retargeting programmes (desirable)

* A proficient user of web analytics tools

* Outstanding communication skills in email, copywriting, presentation, and verbal

* Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

* Experience of working in a complex business environment and understanding of business plans
