Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day running of the organisation's MVT programme
  • Managing the digital Cross-Sell and Up-Sell programme through a continual programme of A/B testing
  • Setting up appropriate MVT tests to specific users on the website in order to drive conversion and sales
  • Recommending appropriate product mix for each segment test to maxmise sales
  • The analysis, presentation and execution of appropriate initiatives to improve registration conversion for new visitors to the Ecommerce site
  • Updating key stakeholders on MVT tests and make appropriate recommendations to Digital Media, Retention and On-site content teams
  • Managing Maxymiser package to ensure the business and team achieve the best results in relation to new releases and enhancements

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in executing MVT tests - the role will be hands on and will require a user expert of an MVT tool, preferably Maxymiser
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Site Catalyst (or equivalent software) experience
  • Experience in executing on-site initiatives to drive conversion
  • Excellent presentation style and strong communication skills
