This organisation provides secure online payments for schools in over 5,000 primary and secondary schools, nurseries and colleges and is the UK market leader for school ePayments.

Job Description

Developing content for the marketing and promotion of the service through a range of online channels and social media

 Developing outbound marketing collateral, web and social media content and digital support materials to support wide adoption and on-going use of the service, building brand loyalty among users

 Managing and overseeing the use of imagery and iconography that reflect the brand values and appropriate to the target market

 Ensuring the brand ethos and brand philosophy remain central to the themes of all external communication, ensuring that content and messages are developed with the personality and tone of voice required to inspire young people and build trust among users

 Working with the Customer Experience Team to ensure consistency across all customer interactions

 Being ambitious in implementing a marketing strategy to reflect a brand synonymous with excellent customer service

 Liaising with product development and the Product Manager to communicate new products, new features and service enhancements in line with launch timetables

 Providing day-to-day support for the Product Manager and UX Development teams in implementation of the brand look and feel

The Successful Applicant

Strong B2C Digital Marketing experience in addition to a full marketing mix

Excellent creative skills with design experience using packages such as Photoshop/InDesign

Solid knowledge of product marketing within a software product environment

Experience of developing and publishing B2C value added content (quick guides, quizzes, white papers, case studies)

Experience of encouraging the development and sharing of user created media / testimony (video, SM posts, testimony)

Experience of commissioning the creation and development of digital content and marketing collateral (offline and online)

 Knowledge and experience of Email and Social Marketing

 Knowledge and experience of Customer Research and Analysis

 Online financial services experience would be beneficial but not necessary.

 Desirable CMS experience

Ambitious Graduate with at least 2-3 years B2C digital marketing experience; with a 'digital first' attitude to marketing this is an ideal role for an experienced digitally focused Marketing Communication Executive or Direct Marketing Executive to join a fast growing and dynamic organisation.
