Our client is a well known retail business based in Birmingham, with a very unique offering. They are growing to great heights, and are looking for a Loyalty specialist to come on board to develop and launch a new scheme for their members.

Job Description

The duties of the Digital Project Manager - Loyalty will oversee and be responsible for:

- Planning and identifying a critical path for project deployment

- Driving the implementation of a CRM focused engagement campaign

- Developing a Loyalty proposition, including physical products and digital customer benefits

- Identifying development requirements and brief development product owners for both reporting and customer facing systems

- Coordinating the launch and trading of the programme

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met

- Managing creative deadlines, and working with required internal departments to launch successfully

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Digital Project Manager - Loyalty role, you must have:

- Experience in developing and launching projects - preferably loyalty programmes

- The ambition to take on a challenging project

- Experience in Digital Project Management

- Excellent organisational skills, with a good attention to detail

- The ability to work fast and self directed to meet deadlines and objectives

- The ability to work with and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external

- The ability to find creative solutions to problems which may arise during the project

- The capability to manage multiple deadlines and objectives for a complex project launch

The Digital Project Manager - Loyalty role will be a 6 month contract overseeing the launch of a very exciting new proposition for the business. You will be tasked to strategise, implement and launch a brand new loyalty programme.
