Job Description

  • Champion hard hitting, persuasive digital briefs for any NPD/ project we touch
  • Review briefs with the channel heads and creative director. Push for simplicity and singleminded focus
  • Define the solution to meet the brief and the resource required
  • Own brief/ solution from start to finish
  • Work alongside digital specialists (search, CRM, social, site) to deliver integrated consumer campaigns
  • Be aware of all NPD launches and campaigns
  • Ensure all stakeholders are invited to the channel briefings and requirement is clear
  • Book, facilitate and collate output from strategic workshops
  • Collate output for use in creative phase
  • Deliver NPD digital campaign kits and ensure team feel proud and excited about end result
  • Turn digital strategies into scopes of work (wireframe of campaign kit)
  • Brief creative teams into projects and oversee delivery
  • Manage weekly production meeting and status of projects, escalating issues where required
  • Support the creative team to ensure they have the information and time they need to deliver outstanding creative execution
  • Manage the production schedule for the digital creative team
  • Forecast creative resource requirements for digital program
  • Book and manage resource for all digital projects and communicate timelines to key stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in resource and source approved freelancers to fill gaps
  • Manage additional content head to build/ deliver the digital assets for lead launch market

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ yrs (digital) marketing (ideal) and project management experience
  • Agency and client side experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering large marketing campaigns/ projects that touch multiple teams
  • Degree qualified 2:1 and above or equivalent.
  • Strong project/stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to plan and deliver digital projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent personal and business presentation skills
  • Effective team management
  • Proven ability to engage and influence at all levels.
