About Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian media business with activities across publishing, television, online, newspaper, radio. An ASX-listed company, they are well reputed for their ongoing commitment to innovation and creativity in the digital field. With a mandate for international expansion and further strategic growth, an opportunity is now available for an experienced Digital Ad Operations Manager to join their progressive digital team in this newly created role.

Job Description



This role will be the 2IC to the Head of Digital Operations. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage and deliver Advertising Operations and Campaigns - troubleshoot campaign set up, tag management, performance, Ad Server integration;



  • Identify and implement market leading technologies across display, video, social media, programmatic and search;
  • Negotiate and liaise with clients, media agencies and 3rd party technology suppliers to lead commercially-focused ad tech initiatives and bring in high revenue, high volume;
  • Provide proactive recommendations, insights and analysis on emerging ad tech platforms and best practices to lead from the front on best in class ad formats, delivery and reporting;
  • Manage a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally, delivering an excellent level of service.



The Successful Applicant



You are an expert in the digital media space, attributed not only with advanced technical knowledge but also strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills. You are a thought leader, an experienced Ad Operations / Campaign Manager ready to take the next step up in your career. The ideal candidate comes from a strong digital video background and is attributed with proven knowledge across Doubleclick For Publishers (DFP), ad serving, audience analytics platforms. Additionally, you are equally comfortable managing a team and being hands on with operational tasks.
