Job Description

As the Marketing & Digital Specialist, you will be largely based off site at our partner agency, (Birmingham based), and will be required to manage our Agile development team and backlog of tasks accordingly. Ensuring you maximise team output and satisfy internal & external stakeholder requirements. Reporting to the FS Marketing & Digital Manager, you will also need to work closely with internal departments, NSC's & FS partners to pro-actively drive vehicle sales & customer loyalty through financial services.

Key elements of this vital role are:

  • Development & execution of the Global Financial Services Marketing & Digital strategies.
  • 'Hands on' involvement with the development sprint teams.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Undertaking new market analysis with FS Partners & NSCs.
  • Maintaining a high level project plan and ensure maximum resource utilisation.
  • Provide clear direction on FS requirements & maximise stakeholder engagement (NSC, FS Partners & marketing agencies).
  • CRM - support the development, execution and management of FS loyalty strategies
  • Integrate Finance Calculators with personalised product suggestions featured online.
  • Ensure FS Partner data is available via the central CRM system to provide personalised FS communications for existing customers.
  • Analyse self-service initiatives and lead management with FS Partners

The Successful Applicant

Skills, experience and qualifications required

  • Ability to act as a financial services subject matter expert, understanding global variances and communicating a clear vision.
  • A sound understanding of the Automotive Financial Services environment is essential. Digital & CRM project experience is desirable.
  • Ability to build internal & external relationships with people from a diverse background.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Word Excel & Powerpoint, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project and ability to learn new web based tools (e.g. JIRA Agile project management).
  • Organised individual who uses data accurately & effectively to make informed recommendations & decisions in the context of the wider business.
  • Can clearly articulate complex issues in a straight forward manner with internal & external customers at all levels.
  • A flexible outlook who demonstrates a drive for results & desire for continual improvement through the identification & sharing of best practice and process improvement.
  • Can demonstrate sound commercial judgment.
  • A self-motivated individual who operates with a sense of urgency whilst maintaining a strong focus on both the objective & end customer at all times.
