Job Description

  • Support and optimise the implementation and maintenance of Society's customer preferences strategy.
  • Develop and increase contact details for OLS customers and site visitor prospects to improve opportunities for cost reduction and member engagement.

  • Develop and increase the Society's capability to collate and manage customer data and preferences throughout on and offline channels

  • Specialise and own digital reporting and analytics team ensuring digital communications are optimised and learn from previous results.

  • Create and deliver against robust business proposals which identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve customer experience.

  • Work with Key stakeholders to manage the digital communications plan.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum degree level or equivalent qualified
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience
  • Evidence of experience or qualification in web analytics
