About Our Client
My Berkshire based client are looking to expand their Marketing team due to impressive growth to date and future growth plans. They are a market leading Brand with and international remit, who are most certainly a household name.
The Direct Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include:
End to end management of CRM campaigns to encourage acquisition and retention
Maximising sales of tailored products for customers, producing marketing collateral across a range of products and services, backed up by digital content.
Organising and supporting customer events to drive further engagement and take-up of services.
Manage the day to day operations of DM campaigns, supported by digital channels.
Delivering on time, to budget and maximising response and value. Undertake post campaign analysis, producing wrap up reports and making recommendations for campaign improvement.
Responsible for the management of direct mail print, online and telephone campaigns to generate maximum revenue within brand guidelines whilst retaining customers.
The Successful Applicant
The Direct Marketing Manager will ideally display:
- A proven track record in managing end to end campaigns across multiple channels
- The ability to thrive in a high pressured and deadline driven environment
- Strong commercial acumen and management experience
- Strong communicator
- Ability to build strong business relationships both internally and externally
What's on Offer
This position will be paying between £30,000 - £43,000 and will be based in Berkshire with occasional travel required
