* Account management (B2B) & retentions (B2C) strategy

* CRM strategy

* Marketing & sales strategy to grow revenue in accessories and pay monthly

* Leadership role - influencing and directing wider team

* Stakeholder relationships - building and growing relationships with key people in O2
