Job Description

    • Plan and launch online sales channels including marketplaces (Amazon, ebay)
    • Manage overall site merchandising - channel presentation of all product assortments and promotions
    • Initiate and manage product feeds and listings
    • Optimize replenishment, conversions, search ranking, and promotional performance
    • Accountable for the growth of all eCommerce channels, categories, and products
    • Identify software and other tools to assist with managing ecommerce activity and data
    • Create email blasts and other marketing avenues to maintain brand awareness

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, etc.
  • 7+ years' experience in B2B operations
  • At least 5+ years' experience in business management with leadership level experience in eCommerce
  • Advanced knowledge of initiation and optimization of marketplace channels (Amazon, ebay etc.)
  • Experience with PPC, SEO and Social Media
  • Strong marketing acumen balanced with financial and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think creatively
  • Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, driving cross functional teams and building high performing teams
  • Strategic planning balanced by flawless execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex messages and influence ideas and initiatives throughout all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
