Job Description

Sales Planning: Develops and implements a sales strategy for Online & new Business channels. Takes a top-down and bottom up approach across Europe to consolidate pricing and channel inputs at local market level and ensure that the overall plan delivers the business goals.

The role is accountable for identifying, managing, validating and executing winnable, profitable opportunities for online & new business channels.

Sales Execution: Responsible for driving annual sales revenues, unit volumes, and market contribution for online & new business channels across Europe. Specific targets will be set on a quarterly basis in accordance with business expectations.

Develops and manages a timely and accurate sales forecast. Plans and monitors products sell-out evolution and progress.

Responsible for ranging of products. Execute the roll-out into countries within Europe and the full portfolio of models.

Responsible for driving and developing governance with the pricing team for online & new business pricing. Give inputs into the pricing process and works in tandem with pricing intelligence to drive best margins and mix for the Online & new business channels.

Cross functional interaction: Manages the co-operation with all the cross functions inside and outside Europe to develop, monitor and improve sales for online & new business channels.

Drives implementation and execution of sell-through activities in co-operation with Europe management (digital marketing…) & Global marketing, ensuring local strategies/tactics are balanced against other channels and with local and global customer strategies.

Governance & Reporting: Reports on all metrics. Drives appropriate governance (regular and timely basis). Takes effective actions out of those meetings and executes.
