About Our Client

They are based in quite a residential area in West London. It's a compact office that is split over 2 small floors. It has a good buzz about it and prospective students sometimes drop into the office to get advice/help etc.

Everyone is motivated to helping young people - this is really the thread that binds everyone together. The directors who founded the company in 2004 still work in the office everyday and are still hands on. They make decisions very quickly but are very confident in all their staff's abilities. They are not micromanagers and will leave you to get on with what you need to do but also providing you lots of support. They are supportive of CPD. If someone thinks a course/piece of training will be helpful for them then they are happy to facilitate that. In other words, they practice what they preach to the students!

They have a good work life balance and are fairly sociable. They don't go out for drinks all the time but they do often go out for lunches on a Friday (paid for by the company). They have a big summer and christmas party each year.

Job Description

The focus of the Education/sport Sales Executive will be to approach schools and sell their after school clubs and extra curricular provision. One of their products is new and they are incredibly excited by it. No one has proactively gone out to sell it yet but already they have 5 schools signed up in 2 months. So there is huge potential!

They are currently partnered with around 20 schools already and a further 15 have apprenticeships. Their main niche is primary schools and they are mainly focused around London but they have plans to grow into the Midlands later down the line.

The job would be mainly office based to begin with and would involve you upselling to their existing schools and introducing the new products and getting them signed up. It would then involved building relationships with new schools so that you could increase sales for the new programmes. The targets would likely be to bring on around 5 schools per month.
