About Our Client

My client has over 10,000 employees globally and continues to grow, bringing our expertise to new industries and markets in the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

My client recruits over 300 hires per year across our Sales business and our Support functions.

Job Description

  • Manage a team of internal recruiters to coordinate, manage and deliver talent to the firm.
  • You will build deep relationships with our Sales and Support leaders (your clients), HR Business Leaders, and the wider community of key stakeholders to define recruitment requirements aligned to business needs.
  • Ensure an agile workforce is in place, flexing resources in relation to the needs of the firm.
  • Work with the HR leadership and business leadership to identify process simplification and optimization opportunities.
  • Act as a point of escalation and resolution for issues raised by the talent acquisition team and business contacts.
  • Work closely with relevant HR team members on best practice, i.e., employment law
  • Ensure all recruitment channels are utilized to deliver the best talent at the right cost to the firm.
  • Ensuring recruitment infrastructure is fit for purpose at all times.
  • Utilization of management information to inform and shape key recruitment agendas.
  • Use wider recruitment networks to ensure the appropriate solution is delivered to our business, i.e., Recruitment Media, Search, Universities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Managing high volumes of recruitment, focusing on candidate and client experience.
  • Awareness and understanding of key risks in relation to the end to end recruitment process, including the implication of key employment legislation and pre-employment vetting, application handling and regulatory issues.
  • Understanding a client's business plans and people agenda, in order to help to support and deliver.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to pre-empt client needs and take innovative solutions to them.
  • Experience in managing teams and budgets.
  • Experience of coaching and developing team members.
  • Experience of operating within a wider HR function.
  • Ability to balance own, team and client priorities to ensure objectives are delivered.
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection tools and techniques, including psychometric testing.
  • Proven experience of managing the delivery of recruitment services ideally in an in-house environment or an RPO.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong personal networks at all grades.
  • Proven experience in maximising direct sourcing initiatives (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling, graduate sourcing from Universities, Executive Search and working with relevant job boards)
  • Experience of managing multiple campaigns at any one time.
  • Culturally aware and thoughtful about diversity as part of the recruitment and talent building process

What's on Offer

£70,000 - £80,000 plus a generous bonus and package.
