Job Description

You'll be passionate and motivated about talent and resourcing - you'll need it to help the function drive forward the talent and development strategy and plans! You'll know all about planning and organising and you'll be ready to utilise your best practice administration skills and stakeholder management experience at the drop of a hat. You'll be happy to act as the first point of contact for the team and help anyone who needs the right advice and support to maintain our high standards within talent and development and wider group HR team overall. It's a varied role with lots to get stuck into. From general administration to support recruitment campaigns, to supporting talent pipelining initiatives, to supporting our international graduate and our high potential development programmes, as well as involvement in Group projects and events. You'll also play a key part in maintaining our talent and development records as part of our annual talent review process, and also be responsible for reporting key data for both talent and resourcing aspects across the group.

The Successful Applicant

Not for the shy and retiring, you'll be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders on a day to day basis across the Group. If you like change, then you'll love this role and if you're a highly organised, self-motivated, practical administrator, who is a real team player then we'll love you. If you have a second language to English, preferably French or German, this would be an advantage. You'll also need to hold a full valid clean driving licence and be prepared to travel to our UK and international locations. If you're the talent and development star of the future then we look forward to hearing from you!
