My Client is a multinational technology business who develop and provide a wide variety of software services and hardware components.

Job Description

As the EMEA Reward Manager based in the Berkshire head office you will be responsible for the UK & Ireland. Your role will be standalone, however you will be part of a wider EMEA reward function.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

-Planning, Designing, Developing, Analysing, and Communicating and implementing Total Rewards strategies and programs.

-Providing reward support for the business - 70%/30% benefits/compensation.

-Consulting and training business leaders on all aspects of reward.

-Managing consultants, vendors and third parties to ensure program delivery.

-Monitoring legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

As the EMEA Reward Manager you will ideally have the following experience:

-Strong and well organized personality, with an ability to manage a heavy workload

- A working knowledge of local labour laws and government regulations

-Strong understanding of employee/labour relations and their interaction with compensation & benefits

-Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills

-Strong communication, networking and time management skills

-Team player, self-motivated, open minded, patient and helpful

What's on Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience

25 days annual leave
