My client is an international full-service law firm headquartered in London. It is renowned for its expertise in the Media and Technology sectors.

The firm has an extremely well-regarded employment practice with an international focus that offers a full range of advice, which includes but is not limited to:

* Corporate transactions
* Employment Tribunal, County Court and High Court Litigation
* Employment relationship matters from recruitment to dismissal
* Employee compensation and benefits

Job Description

Reporting into the employment partner, the role may include the following responsibilities:

* Providing support on the employment aspects of corporate and property transactions including undertaking due diligence, advising on TUPE Regulations, drafting employment provisions and negotiations;

* Drafting and reviewing employment documentation including service agreements;

* Advising on and drafting employment policies and staff handbooks;

* Advising generally on employment legal matters and strategic HR management;

* Advising on change managements such as restructuring, outsourcing and redundancy;

* Advising claimants and respondents on unfair dismissal and discrimination;

* Preparation, management and presentation of cases in Employment Tribunals;

* Working with the litigation department in management of employment related High Court claims;

* Advising on management of employment procedures including discipline, performance and grievances.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong academics. They will ideally have between 2 and 5 years experience in a well-regarded private practice employment team. Demonstrating a commitment to employment law, exceptional case management and meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of excellent client contact and client care will be key.
