About Our Client
Helping clients such as British Airways, House of Fraser and BMW add a human touch to online customer service, our client has become the leading customer engagement platform in Europe with a very unique proposition. Based in France, their team is rapidly expanding in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy. They have won numerous awards for being innovative, professional and fun.
You will identify and develop a portfolio of enterprise clients in the UK market.
You will manage the entire sales cycle from identifying and prospecting through to closing business with large companies that provide online customer service to their clients.
Once the account is signed, you will work with other teams to identify opportunities to cross and up-sell driving continued growth across the account.
You will be based in our central London office with occasional trips to France, when necessary. You must be able to work autonomously and be self-disciplined.
The Successful Applicant
With a strong and successful sales background, you will have 5 to 10 years of experience in prospecting and developing a portfolio of key-accounts, ideally in B2B web or IT sales solutions in the UK market.
You will have a strong interest in new technologies and want to be part of an entrepreneurial adventure with the ability to participate in the development of an innovative customer service solution in Europe.
Sales experience in the customer relationship management sector is a plus.
