Job Description

The Estates Manager will join this talented Property team, working on an extensive property portfolio across the UK and overseas.

This individual will be involved in a range of property services, including site selection, acquisition, relocation and disposal, lease negotiations and rent reviews, and instruction of third parties for specialist services such as valuations, dilapidation's etc.

The role is primarily based from an office in Warwickshire with travel as required.

The Successful Applicant

Relevant candidates will be Chartered Surveyors MRICS, with the adaptability to utilise their training and experience on a range of property projects supporting a range of internal clients.

They will have gained their experience in either a corporate in-house role, or with a service provider, and be able to demonstrate experience with transactional work with a good understanding of valuation methodology.

Candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance of the office in Warwickshire, or be able to relocate. Travel and overnight stays are also required.
