About Our Client
My client specialises in fluid transfer systems specifically within the automotive market and has 9 manufacturing facilities throughout 9 different countries.
My client is part of a 700million Euro turnover umbrella organisation and respectively contribute £140M from both American and European bases.
They are looking for a Key Account Manager to support sales into Ford globally.
3 years ago Ford had a turnover of £20million, it now is £60million - with my client now looking to merge its array of engineering talent there are a wealth of opportunities for increasing sales and product specification into the account . Expected turnover of Ford by 2019 is £100million.
The Successful Applicant
The role requires an individual with exceptional networking skills, you will be working closely with the Engineering Direction to decide which new products Ford need now and what they should be investing in for the future.
You would also be liaising globally with commercial colleagues across China, Korea, India, Russia and Mexico - the line manager will continue to do any long haul travel with whoever gets this role focusing more on Europe. The role will involve working from their offices however regular travel to Ford should be expected.
