About Our Client
Our client is a leading entertainment venue based in Birmingham that deliver first-class, large events. The organisation is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator with great communication skills to support the commercial events team.
The events co-ordinator will be responsible for liaising with customers with regards to speculative enquiries both over the phone and in person. They will have a professional and confident manner as they will be required to give show rounds of the venue premises to prospective customers on an ad-hoc basic. The Events Co-ordinator will have excellent communication skills in order to provide teams with important information around customer requirements. They will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects to tight deadlines.
The Events Co-ordinator will support the events team with administration tasks, and will have good knowledge of using Microsoft systems and CRM databases.

Project Management Experience
