Job Description

Executive IT Support Engineer - 6 month contract

  • Handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues across several sites.
  • Ensure proper communication and quick resolution of issues.
  • Plan and schedule changes, coordinating with different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and windows operating system and Embedded OS related issues
  • Providing Desktop support
  • VIP Support
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer, plug and play devices, PDAs, Kiosk, MFD, IPhone, iPad etc. and related issues.
  • Knowledge of products like Microsoft Office (2010 / 365), MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite, Outlook
  • Experience in Mac OSX
  • Apple devices support
