About Our Client

Employing over 8,000 staff in the UK alone, this organisation offers a range of Facilities services to their broad client base across public and private sectors. Now they are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their successful business and lead a team delivering TFM services to their Telecomms client based in Surrey.

Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering the TFM contract worth circa £2 million; key services provided include helpdesk, meeting room management, reception, AV, events, mailroom/couriers/print/reprographics, grounds/internal plants, M&E & Fabric on-site maintenance team, waste, cleaning, day to day operations liaison with security and catering both client suppliers, projects, moves management, tenant relationships.

The Successful Applicant

You must have experience working for an FM service Provider on prestigious client accounts. You will have previous experience of managing P&L up to the value of at least £1.5 million. You must be able to demonstrate a track record in improving client relationships, driving cost as well as service and developing internal teams.
