The client is a highly recognised brand based in West London with a large portfolio of properties across the southern half of the UK

Job Description

The role as the Facilities Manager is to manage the Head Office and support operations to the wider UK portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of annual maintenance budget
  • Management of contractors
  • Be a driver to the quality of work being delivered
  • Develop the life cycle and planned works across the portfolio
  • Monitor Health & Safety across the operation portfolio through the Facilities team

The Successful Applicant

The profile of the individual will need to be someone who has a pro active attitude towards their work.

They are strong at dealing with people and are a problem solver

Able to lead their team and motivate

The ability to develop and manage an established team is essential

Ideally you will be from a retail or leisure based background in a maintenance / Fm based role.

The Head office is West London and the candidate will need to be within a 45 minute commute

What's on Offer
