Job Description

  • Key accountability's will include estates and facilities management of multiple sites across the Health Trust. Including the management of contract SLA's and auditing/performance managing FM provider performance.
  • Procuring and retaining new business.
  • Exemplary health, safety and risk management across all of these business areas.
  • Manage capital expenditure to ensure improvement to premises. Including movement of services to large Council shared premises (LIFT) and overall responsibility for project management of new build health centre premises.
  • Negotiation for contracts with local commissioning teams for services and manage ongoing service reviews and renewals. Tender and win significant new business.

The Successful Applicant

  • IOSH or Higher qualification in Health and Safety
  • Experience in a complex multi-service environment.
  • Extensive experience within the Healthcare sector.
  • Experience in dealing with multi-million pound budgets and large scale, high value capital projects.
  • Extensive Asset Management/ Property Management background
  • LIFT and PFI experience will be beneficial
