About Our Client

Our client is a leading-multinational property management provider with successful operation across the UK.

Job Description

- Responsible for the management of 3 office locations across London with a total population of 200+ employees

- Ensure operations practices are in compliance with company and client standards

- P/L responsibility including management of operational and expense budget

- Identify strategic cost reduction opportunities and best practice relating to FM service provision

- Manage third party vendors as well as conduct annual review of each vendor's performance

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

- Client facing and negotiation experience

- Vendor management experience

- Professional license or certification is preferred
