About Our Client

Our client is an international Law Firm looking for an individual with experience across TFM to manager the flagship store in London.

Job Description

As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the management of the FM operations and subcontractors. Managing the flagship site in London, overseeing TFM services including;

  • Day to day running of TFM services on site
  • Managing and overseeing the motor vehicle fleet
  • Sub-contractor management
  • Building maintenance
  • Building relationships to professionally liaise with tenants
  • To manage, maintain and implement all Health and Safety procedures

The Successful Applicant

The desired candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar corporate environment.
