About Our Client

Our client is an exclusive private members club which was founded in the 1800's. It is considered as a lively meeting place with the facilities to accommodate overnight stay. Within the property there are a number of different function rooms which include; dining and wining areas to library's and card rooms.

Job Description

Reporting in to the Club Secretary and senior members, the successful Facilities Manager will deliver all hard services to the property. It is essential, due to the client's demands that the service is at all times first class. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Directly managing a team of 8 in house operatives.
  • Overseeing large conservation projects to this Grade 1 listed property up to the value of £500K.
  • To produce CAD drawings as and when needed for projects.
  • To ensure the M&E, fabric, plumbing and heating systems are maintained and comply with Health & Safety Compliance
  • Monitoring PPM and Reactive maintenance and ensuring prompt delivery.
  • To build and maintain professional relationships with internal staff and members and external contractors on site.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Facilities Manager will have demonstrable experience in a Grade 1 listed building. They must have delivered a first class service whilst managing all relationships on site. It is preferred that the successful candidate has experience in, or has obtained a qualification in; building surveying, project management (PRINCE 2), City & Guilds Auto CAD, IOSH or NEBOSH.
