About Our Client
The Facilities Manager will be working for a major FM outsourcing company with large corporate contracts nationwide and an excellent reputation.
Managing all soft services in a demanding corporate environment with some exposure to hard services in office buildings in several locations in the Midlands. You will be responsible for the operational management of the services as well as managing the financial performance of the contract.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates for the position of Facilities Manager must have proven skills in managing self delivered soft services contracts and some knowledge in the delivery of hard services. You will need to be an effective manager of large operational teams across multiple sites, this will include the ability to motivate, lead and drive results from staff.
This role requires excellent client management skills and the understanding of what is required in a corporate head office service provision.
