Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation across all channels including digital, DM and events, key responsibilities include:

  • Develop effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generation
  • Own the events calendar highlighting key events to maximise ROI and business opportunities utilising insight on past response, catchment market and specific industries to yield maximum return.
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive specific marketing activity and understand how marketing can support them in key areas.
  • Analyse marketing effectiveness, key markets and industry trends to focus on marketing efforts.
  • Ensure consistency across all communications ensuring brand guardianship and development of an omnichannel approach.
  • Have a key focus on ROI
  • Management of external agencies and campaign ownership working closely with the digital marketing team and communications team.
  • Own the EMEA region driving business opportunities across multiple channels.

The Successful Applicant

The Field Marketing Manager will have a track record in working in an EMEA role delivering regional and localised marketing campaigns. You will have excellent campaign management skills and be used to working with and managing creative, digital and external teams. You will have worked closely with a sales function and have been in a demand generation role. You will be analytical and enjoy the insight that numbers can provide and actioning the results to drive future campaign activity. You will have had a track record in driving lead generation and enjoy working towards KPI's and be able to demonstrate success in delivering business growth.
