They are now looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their friendly team and grow the South West region.

Job Description

As the Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximising sales of Casio watches within your account base of independent jewellers across the South West. You will be required to achieve revenue and distribution targets and ensure that all retail store staff are trained and confident selling the Casio brands. In order to achieve your targets you will need to ensure products are merchandised correctly in existing accounts as well as identifying potential relevant outlets and converting them into customers.

You will be required to submit regular sales reports to your manager covering account performance and improvement plans. Due to the territory size plenty of travel is required and you must be comfortable with this as well as nights away from home.

The Successful Applicant

The Field Sales Executive will have a minimum of two years field sales experience ideally within the Consumer space. You will have a proven sales track record and be able to demonstrate examples of bringing on new accounts as well as successfully growing your existing account base. You must be proficient in excel and analysing sales data as you will be required to submit comprehensive reports to head office on a monthly and quarterly basis. The Field Sales Executive will be driven, focused and able to work both autonomously and in a team with great commercial acumen. Driving license is required, degree preferable.
