My client is a leader within their field with an annual turnover in the billions, they have developed key relationships within multiple route to markets. Renowned for offering first class service within the FMCG space they are now looking for a field sales manager to look after their North London based van sales team.

Job Description

The role as an Field Sales Manager is to primary focus is the development of the 10 field based people within the team. This role requires the holder to take ownership of a broad geographical trade marketing area. The area will comprise a number of territories with pre-defined workloads generated by the client. The field sales manager will develop specific coverage plans to optimise coverage of a full portfolio of independent retail, multiple retail & distributive outlets across the area at the designated frequency of field sales team visits. You will also be responsible for measuring the performance of the team and ensuring that they are on track in the achievement of their objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Field Sales Manager Role:

  • People management experience
  • Based in North London
  • Sales background from either the , FMCG or Consumer Durable or B2B channel
  • Proven track record in Sales
