About Our Client
Construction company based in Kent, who are growing through new business are now looking to recruit a new Finance Manager to join their team.
A key member of the Management team, the Finance Manager will report directly to the MD and will lead the business planning (budget) process and provide significant input into the strategic planning process, producing timely strategic and operational financial data to support the ongoing business plan and the evolving needs of the business.
A fundamental part of the role is to prepare, review and submit the business monthly finance reports (inc P&Ls) for all of the business streams .
The Successful Applicant
- Must have previous and recent construction experience
- Can be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
- Must be personable and use to communicating with senior figures
- Experience of managing the entire finance function
- Driven and enthusiastic
You must also have had experience in providing strategic and commercial guidance to a business.
What's on Offer
The Finance Manager role is paying between £45-55,000 + benefits.
