Job Description

As the Finance Manager based in Birmingham you will be expected to be a qualified accountant with a track record of financial analysis, you will demonstrate commercial acumen, financial leadership, stakeholder management and a history of delivering change and best practice.

Driving the delivery of a range of commercial business initiatives and projects

Preparation of monthly management accounts packs including analysis and commentary

Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, development of 5-year operating plans and forecasting

Supporting incentives to demonstrate value for money through financial tracking and management

Assisting with the delivery of project plans, identifying risks and opportunities, reviewing best practice and commercial decision making to ensure project interests are met

Acting as a finance business partner to budget holders, key stakeholders and external consultancies

Identifying and sharing best commercial financial practice

The Successful Applicant

* Finance Manager requirements:

* Minimum 3 Years PQE - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

* Innovative Thinker

* Self Starter and Motivated to make a difference

What's on Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
