About Our Client
My client is a well-respected retail distribution business servicing clients across the UK as well as continuously maintaining a strong international presence.
The role will include but not be limited to:
Preparing monthly management accounts including P&L analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations
Liaising with the CEO, providing analysis and identifying profit improvement areas
Daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
Providing analysis on stock, margin and providing forecasts.
Staff supervision and development
Product costing - full continual analysis
Budgeting both monthly and yearly
Business partnering other areas of the business suggesting cost saving initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
Must have strong costing and analysis abilities.
Foreign exchange experience
Good interpersonal skills - having the ability to liaise across all areas of the business
Experience within a similar sector is preferred
