Job Description

Key Tasks


Financial Information:

  • Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure the management team make well-informed decisions for profit growth and sustainability
  • Provide high quality support service for management on all aspects of commercial finance; combining accounting and business management
  • Plan, design and assist the production of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
  • Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed


  • Maintain and adapt corporate governance, risk management and internal controls through appropriate and effective global financial control environments, policies and procedures


Business performance:

  • Partner the global regions in effective growth strategies
  • Take ownership of the P&L from a financial and management reporting perspective
  • Provide financial analytical support to the management team and all departments
  • Partner all stakeholders in the analysis of their financial KPIs, challenging and offering guidance to support business growth plans
  • Advise senior management on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions
  • Perform quality assurance activity to ensure the integrity of the financial data remains with the highest standards

The Successful Applicant

Key Competencies


Technically strong Qualified Accountant with one of the main accounting bodies


Excellent experience of financial reporting within a complex international group


Confidence to build credibility quickly with stakeholders in and outside of the Finance function


Have the ability to understand the detail but also able to take a big picture approach


Advanced excel skills
