About Our Client
Our client is a billion dollar turnover subsidiary of a large international technology group. Working with partners such as IBM and Cisco, the company offer advanced technology solutions to a range of well known organisations. With a new leadership team, and a track record of promoting their best talent quickly, the company are about to enter an exciting phase of growth, and a new strategic direction.
It is expected that the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager partner the operational leadership teams in order to increase transparency, commercial insight, and offer clear data to allow the business to make the right strategic decisions across the company's portfolio of businesses. The person in this role will coordinate the capital spending review process for the company; lead scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the portfolio; participate as a thought leader of the finance team, influencing decision making, and identifying finance priorities; lead the financial aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company, and support the strategic business planning process.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will present UK data at board meetings, and will be part of the team that will participate in due diligence and the company's M&A activities.
The Successful Applicant
We are also looking for previous experience at FP&A Manager level, from the technology sector. Candidates should have progressive CV's, showing clear decision making during every career move.
What's on Offer
£70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience. Car allowance of £6,500. Private health care, pension plan, 25 days holiday and a flexible benefits scheme that allows you to purchase or sell annual leave.
