The client is one of if not the largest international membership organization dedicated to enhancing the knowledge, skills and expertise of Anti Money Laundering and financial crime detection and prevention professionals.

Job Description


Provide support to existing and potential Members, Partners and Staff by answering Sales and Customer Service enquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, processing orders and well as some other general administrative duties. Language fluency in English and French is essential.

Customer Service Support

  • Manage and respond to member and prospective member enquiries promptly and effectively
  • Ensure swift and effective resolution of problems
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged in Salesforce
  • Update member's records
  • Password resets
  • Check member assets are correct and they have received all related communication
  • Produce reports as required, membership, events, sales etc.
  • Order processing - produce invoice and receipts and issue to members
  • Understand how to process orders end-to-end, including cancellations and refunds
  • Verification of member qualifications
  • Processing/checking French Language member applications

Assist with events and other admin when required

  • Send event invitations
  • Maintain registration lists and deal with enquires
  • Badge printing and printing of other materials
  • Shipping of event collateral
  • Post event administrative duties
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Assist with registration desk at events if required

Provide absence and holiday cover for other staff members when required

The Successful Applicant


Previous customer service or sales support experience

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French

Good teamwork and relationship building skills

Knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Knowledge of Salesforce

Excellent problem solving skills

Good reporting skills, able to present information and prepare reports

Excellent numeracy and Excel skills

Ability to prioritise and work without close supervision

German, Spanish or other Modern European languages a plus.
