Job Description

  • Managing multiple change solutions including those that do not impact technology, this includes budgets, prioritisation and ensuring timely delivery
  • Lead relevant steering committees ensuring deliverables match requirements
  • Play a significant role in shaping the functions through technology and business solution delivery
  • Driving workshops with relevant stakeholders to refine and document requirements
  • Effectively challenging, capturing, reviewing and prioritising solutions requests from all functions
  • Maintain the roadmap for change activities and ensure deliverables maximise inherent benefits
  • Build strong relationships and serve as a liaison between the Business and Technology to ensure clear communication of requirements and success criteria of delivery
  • Support company wide initiatives that have cross-functional implications
  • Ensure that all functions are equipped with the right tools to expand the business in a controlled fashion
  • Accountably for change delivery and able to take a lateral view across all functions ensuring solutions are maximised to deliver cross-functional benefits
  • Develop effective networks across all levels throughout the organisation to enhance overall delivery and control
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and staff to ensure change is embedded

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong academics and relevant professional qualifications e.g. CFA etc
  • Project management qualifications/accreditations e.g. Six Sigma
  • Extensive subject matter expertise gained through relevant functional experience
  • Experience of managing and delivering solutions across functions and locations
  • Advanced technical and product knowledge covering a broad range of asset classes
  • Understanding of business processes, systems and technology architecture from front to back
  • Demonstrable people skills with a demonstrable track record of managing multiple stakeholders and building relationships across diverse skill sets and across the organisation
  • Ability to take a longer-term strategic view and dive into the detail as and when required
  • Ability to take an unbiased and objective view inline with the firm's strategic objectives
  • Track record of process optimisation skills across complex and interdependent processes
