Job Description

The business specialises in overseas and challenger banks and audit more banks than any other firm outside the Big Four.

In the Insurance market they advise over 50 UK insurance and reinsurance companies including:

  • 70% of the Top 10 insurers and their subsidiaries
  • 54% of the Top 50 insurers and their subsidiaries
  • 3rd largest auditor of top brokers - auditing 12% of the Top 50 brokers and providing other services to 34%
  • Advise 60% of Lloyd's syndicates and managing agents

Job Role

  • Preferably professionally qualified.
  • Proven working experience as a tax manager
  • Knowledge of the banking and insurance market would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrate a high levels of professional knowledge, expertise and integrity. Uses knowledge to support his or her own team and also works to develop own knowledge and that of others within the team.
  • Builds and sustains deepening relationships with clients. Ensures that clients' needs and financial targets are fully met.
  • Able to generate and convert opportunities from existing and/or new clients.
  • Takes personal responsibility for delivering excellence in both client projects and internal operations
  • Leads teams by setting direction and inspiring individual's commitment to this. Ensures that both individuals and teams have the skills to deliver the vision

The Successful Applicant
